How much does it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your rate depends on your total monthly expenses and the services you need. We'll give you a flat-rate quote after learning about your business.

My books are behind. Can you clean them up?

Yes. We do catch-up bookkeeping to bring your records current no matter how far behind they are. Pricing is project-based and depends on how many months or years need to be addressed. Once everything is current, we can move into regular monthly bookkeeping.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Our services are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

How do I share documents with you?

We use a secure system for file sharing. We'll get you set up when we start working together and walk you through the whole process.

Do we need to meet in person?

Not unless you want to. Most clients work with us remotely. We're based in Buena Park if you'd prefer to meet face to face.

What accounting software do you work with?

We work with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. For payroll, we also work with ADP. If you don't have accounting software set up yet, we can help you get started with QuickBooks.

What do I need to do each month?

Give us access to your bank and credit card feeds and upload any receipts or documents we can't pull automatically. Most clients spend about 15 minutes a month on this. We handle everything else.

Do you handle payroll?

Yes. We run payroll each pay period, handle tax deposits, file quarterly reports, and prepare W-2s at year-end. We also help with new employee onboarding and 1099 preparation for contractors.

Do you file taxes?

We don't file income taxes, but we keep your books clean and organized so your CPA has everything they need at year-end. We do handle sales tax filings.

How quickly do you respond to questions?

Within one business day. Most of the time you'll hear back the same day.

How soon can you start?

Usually within a few days of our first conversation. If your books need catch-up work, we start there. If everything is current, we go straight into monthly service.

Can you handle bookkeeping for multiple entities or locations?
