Our Pricing
Flat monthly rates with no hidden fees. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we begin.
Monthly Bookkeeping
One flat monthly rate based on your total monthly expenses.
What's included
Every month we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize your transactions, and close your books. You get financial reports that show you where your business actually stands, and we're available to walk you through anything that doesn't make sense. If something looks off in your numbers, we flag it early so small issues don't turn into expensive problems down the road.
How pricing works
Your rate is based on the total amount of expenses your business runs each month. A smaller operation with lower monthly expenses pays less than a company with a larger expense footprint. We review your accounts, give you a flat monthly price, and that number stays the same unless your business grows or changes in a meaningful way. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

What This Gets You
A clear financial picture that helps you run your business with confidence instead of guesswork.
Know Whether You're Profitable
Most business owners look at their bank balance and assume things are fine. But that number doesn't account for outstanding bills, upcoming payroll, or taxes you haven't set aside yet. Good bookkeeping separates what you earned from what you owe, so you always know where you really stand.
Walk Into Tax Season Ready
When your books are kept current all year, there's no frantic catch-up in the spring. Your CPA gets clean, organized records. Deductions are already documented. Quarterly estimates are based on real numbers rather than rough guesses. Tax season becomes a formality, not a fire drill.
Make Decisions With Real Numbers
Should you hire another employee? Can you afford new equipment? Is it time to raise your prices? These questions are much easier to answer when you have accurate, up-to-date financials in front of you instead of relying on a gut feeling and a quick glance at your checking account.
